Carbon steel / Buffalo horn blade length 62mm / Handle length 80mm * Blood draining knife for livestock [Features] Joseph Rogers & Sons is an old British knife manufacturer founded in 1682.In 1821, it was approved by the British royal family.The engraving included His Majesty the King’s knife manufacturer, and by around 1890 they also produced steel materials in-house.In 1971, the company changed its name jointly with other companies, but it didn’t work and ended its historical mission.
炭素鋼 / バッファローホーン刃長62mm / 柄長80mm※家畜用血抜きナイフ【特徴】ジョセフ・ロジャース & サンズは1682年に創業した英国の古い刃物メーカー。1821年に英国王室御用達の認可を受ける。刻印には国王陛下の刃物業者と入っており、1890年頃には鋼材も自社で生産していた。1971年に他社と合同して社名変更をするが、うまくいかず歴史的使命を終了する。
